KPD Investigating Discovery Of Body Near I-26, I-81 Interchange

Kingsport Police are confirming to our newsroom, the department is investigating the discovery of a deceased body in the area of the I26-I81 interchange. Police responded to the scene Thursday morning around 745. No other information was released by the department and will not be until the identification and the deceased and notification of next of kin.
