Man arrested after grabbing steering wheel, throwing punches while victim drove

A man was arrested in Greeneville on Monday (3/7) night after physically assaulting his boyfriend. According to a police report, Trevor Bentley, age 22, was riding in a car with the victim when he grabbed the steering wheel and began hitting him in the face.

This caused the victim, who was driving, to stop the vehicle on the 70 bypass. The victim told officers that Bentley had hit him, and blood was visible on the side of his face. Trevor Bentley was arrested for domestic assault and held without bond.
