Bristol Tennessee Police Arrested Man, Wounded In Early Morning Shooting

A Bristol Tennessee man is jailed after being wounded in an early Thursday morning shooting incident. Bristol Police arrested 33 year old Robert Parks when officers arrived on the scene in the 400 block of Blountville Highway after a receiving a 911 hang up call. A female ran out of the home and told officers she had been shot by a man who was inside the home. Officers found Parks suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. The woman was treated for minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
