Ballad Health Care Handing Out 1250 Dollar Bonuses For Eligible Team Members

All full time, team members with Ballad Health are receiving a 12 hundred and fifty dollar bonus, from the Ballad Health Board of Directors. The Health Care provider, facing a February 12 vaccination mandate deadline for its team members, made the announcement Wednesday in a post from CEO Alan Levine. All full time employees, who have averaged 60 hours per pay period from July of 2021 to January 31 of this year will receive the bonus in two pay installments, the first arriving in March. Levine says the board of directors knows it has been hard for Ballad’s frontline caregivers and those who support them, and this is one way a way to show how important each Ballad team member is to the Health Care Provider.
