Greeneville Police find 88 grams of crystal substance, syringes during traffic stop for switched plates
A man is behind bars on felony charges after Greeneville Police found multiple substances and paraphernalia in his vehicle. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on 51-year-old Micheal Gross for switched license plates on his car.
According to a police report, Gross exited the vehicle multiple times after being told not to, and a strong odor of marijuana was coming from the car. Upon search with a K-9, police discovered numerous bags with crystal-like substances believed to be meth, which weighed out to 88 grams; as well as two syringes, multiple types of pills, and ten grams of marijuana. Micheal Gross was arrested and taken to the Greene County Detention Center.
