Tennessee Governor Lee announces new appointments to office staff
Tennessee Governor Lee announced his long-time advisor and chief of staff, Blake Harris, is departing to oversee the governor’s reelection, and to assist in key Republican Governors Association efforts. Governor Lee says, “Blake’s leadership and friendship have been invaluable to Maria and me since the beginning of our campaign.”
Joseph Williams will leave his current position as the governor’s office director of external affairs to assume the chief of staff role at the end of the year. Alec Richardson will assume key responsibilities as the director of external affairs while remaining in his position as deputy chief of staff.
