Jogger Seriously Injured In Wise County, Virginia Hit And Run

A jogger was seriously injured in a hit and run incident in Wise County Virginia. According to VSP, an adult male jogger was hit along Hurricane Road near Johns Road. The jogger was thrown into a ditch and the vehicle failed to stop at the scene. The injured pedestrian was discovered by a passerby and was flown to Johnson City Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. VSP are looking for what they believe is a 1999 to 2001 Jeep Cherokee with damage to the front and side. The Jeep is also missing its passenger side mirror.
