Bristol, Big Stone Gap, Virginia Receive Funding For Revitalization Efforts
The City of Bristol Virginia and another southwest Virginia locality are benefiting from a just recently announced community revitalization program funded with a portion of more than four million dollars being handed out statewide. The City of Bristol, will receive 150 thousand dollars to build on its small scale manufacturing strategic plan designed for all small scale producers in the Bristol area. The city will also use 60 thousand dollars for its Believe in Bristol six week business training series. Big Stone Gap got in on the funding by receiving 45 thousand dollars for its own six week business training series.
